We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Associate to support our online operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth fulfilment across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Daily order fulfilment and delivery tracking across channels.

• Work on improving RTO performance through data analysis and proactive courier partner management.

• Manage Uniware operations – inventory, reporting and reconciliations.

• Coordinate with multiple warehouse SPOCs to ensure smooth fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely reconciliation.

• Perform detailed data analysis on operational KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements.

• Strong usage of MS Excel for reporting, MIS, and dashboards.

• Handle B2B appointment-based deliveries efficiently with required coordination.

• Manage Amazon & Flipkart Seller Panels – order management, returns, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce /Central Ops/ Supply chain operations.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting).

• Proficiency in Uniware or exposure to other WMS tools preferred.

• Familiarity with Amazon & Flipkart seller panels.

• Good communication and coordination skills with courier partners & warehouse teams.

• Analytical mindset with ability to work on operational data and drive insights.

• Exposure to B2B deliveries will be an added advantage. 

• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory management; prior experience in or exposure to warehousing setups of a growing D2C brand will be highly valued (even observational exposure is acceptable).
