About Us We are a growing, fast-paced insurance agency looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Agency Support Administrator to support our internal operations, systems, and carrier relationships.Position Overview The Agency Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day technology and operational tasks across the organization. This role works closely with leadership, accounting, and service teams to manage system access, carrier/vendor relationships, compliance processes, and reporting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage carrier and vendor login access (add/remove users, bi-annual audits)</li><li>Maintain commission access for accounting systems</li><li>Process and track producer carrier appointments (including CT requirements)</li><li>Handle Power of Attorney (POA) requests, submissions, and revocations</li><li>Update producer-company codes in internal systems</li><li>Assist with LexisNexis appointment tracking</li><li>Manage licensing renewals and continuing education requirements</li><li>Audit and correct agency data (names, addresses, terminated producers)</li><li>Support internal reporting and operational workflows</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in IT, Business, or related field preferred</li><li>Basic understanding of computer systems, databases, or internal platforms</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities</li><li>Ability to follow procedures and handle sensitive information responsibly</li></ul>Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
