We are a growing, fast-paced insurance agency looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Agency Support Administrator to support our internal operations, systems, and carrier relationships.
Position Overview
The Agency Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day technology and operational tasks across the organization. This role works closely with leadership, accounting, and service teams to manage system access, carrier/vendor relationships, compliance processes, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage carrier and vendor login access (add/remove users, bi-annual audits)
- Maintain commission access for accounting systems
- Process and track producer carrier appointments (including CT requirements)
- Handle Power of Attorney (POA) requests, submissions, and revocations
- Update producer-company codes in internal systems
- Assist with LexisNexis appointment tracking
- Manage licensing renewals and continuing education requirements
- Audit and correct agency data (names, addresses, terminated producers)
- Support internal reporting and operational workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in IT, Business, or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of computer systems, databases, or internal platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to follow procedures and handle sensitive information responsibly
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
