This position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while advancing your career in the service industry.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment across various property types.</li><li>Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot problems on-site, ensuring timely resolution of equipment malfunctions.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to test electrical components and verify system integrity.</li><li>Repair or replace faulty parts including motors, compressors, valves, piping, and electrical wiring with precision.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting work performed and parts used for each job.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes during all service activities; perform welding or boiler repairs as needed.</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in construction-related service roles with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with field service operations involving HVAC design adjustments or equipment troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively; familiar with welding techniques for repairs.</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing systems and refrigerant handling procedures; experience working with air conditioning units is highly desirable.</li><li>We do offer Training for this position.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience operating &lt;PERSON&gt; drivers or similar vehicles preferred.
