Service Technician

<Duties>

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment across various property types.
• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot problems on-site, ensuring timely resolution of equipment malfunctions.
• Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to test electrical components and verify system integrity.
• Repair or replace faulty parts including motors, compressors, valves, piping, and electrical wiring with precision.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting work performed and parts used for each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes during all service activities; perform welding or boiler repairs as needed.

<Skills>

• Proven experience in construction-related service roles with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
• Hands-on experience with field service operations involving HVAC design adjustments or equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively; familiar with welding techniques for repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and refrigerant handling procedures; experience working with air conditioning units is highly desirable.
• We do offer Training for this position.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
