Reporting to The Managing Director, Facilities Services vacancy. Partner with the Divisional Managing Director - Facilities Services (MD), providing assurance that all financial and commercial matters are properly controlled in line with a £160 Million Turnover Business. Essential: • Professionally qualified accountant or commercial manager (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, RICS, CIOB) • Extensive experience working in a Business Services environment. • Strength of character, a strong demeanour, and the ability to challenge leadership when necessary in the best interest of the business. • Ability to gain respect from and adeptly communicate confidently with professional consultants, clients, and legal teams. • Strong understanding of the UK market in terms of current and future opportunities. Ideally, have a network of contacts that can be utilized from a business development perspective to build on such opportunities. • Demonstrable track record of progression within a construction, engineering, or facilities services-related organization.
