This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact through cutting-edge media buying, analytics, and campaign management.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM channels.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms that enhance campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.</li><li>Manage media buying activities including ad placement, bid adjustments, and budget allocation to maximize reach and conversions.</li><li>Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and SEO tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze web analytics data, and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Optimize campaigns through conversion rate optimization techniques to improve lead generation and e-commerce sales.</li><li>Develop detailed media planning strategies aligned with marketing goals while managing budgets efficiently for maximum impact.</li><li>Perform ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to refine messaging and increase engagement rates.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across social media channels and digital platforms.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO/SEM best practices, and emerging advertising technologies to continuously enhance campaign strategies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of PPC (pay-per-click) campaign management across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and Google AdWords.</li><li>Proficiency in using SEO tools for keyword research, website analysis, and ranking improvements.</li><li>Solid knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign success metrics.</li><li>Experience with affiliate marketing programs and media planning to expand reach through strategic partnerships.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable marketing strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of conversion optimization techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders effectively.</li><li>A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing innovation and continuous learning.
