Staffing Coordinator Position Summary
As the Staffing Coordinator (LPN) at Whites Creek Wellness &amp; Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Staff the facility at levels determine by the Director of Nursing in accordance with budget.</li><li>
Prepare, modify, and distributes nursing schedules.</li><li>
Monitor shift changes, attendance and tardiness, time sheets and punches.</li><li>
Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing and/or the Administrator.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.</li></ul>
Staffing Coordinator Requirements<ul><li>
Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee</li><li>
2 years of work experience as a LPN</li></ul>
