Staffing Coordinator Position Summary

As the Staffing Coordinator (LPN) at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Staff the facility at levels determine by the Director of Nursing in accordance with budget.

• Prepare, modify, and distributes nursing schedules.

• Monitor shift changes, attendance and tardiness, time sheets and punches.

• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing and/or the Administrator.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Staffing Coordinator Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee

• 2 years of work experience as a LPN
