If you&rsquo;re looking for a long-term home where your work is appreciated and your future is supported, we&rsquo;d love to talk with you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems: air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, dehumidifiers, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and light commercial systems.</li><li>Install new systems in accordance with manufacturer specs and local codes.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools to test system components (electrical, airflow, refrigerant levels).</li><li>Replace defective parts such as motors, compressors, thermostats, or ductwork.</li><li>Advise customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, timesheets, and part usage logs.</li><li>Comply with all safety protocols, refrigerant handling procedures, and EPA guidelines.</li><li>Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours/emergency service.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC training/apprenticeship preferred)</li><li>EPA Section 608 Certification</li><li>5+ Years experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, diagnostics and repair</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and safety procedures</li><li>Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation</li><li>Professional communication and customer service skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record</li><li>Ability to lift 50&ndash;75 lbs, work on ladders, and in confined spaces or extreme temperatures</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or similar systems</li><li>Experience with smart thermostats and energy-efficient systems</li><li>Previous customer-facing service experience</li></ul>Why Join Whitley&rsquo;s Heating &amp; Air?<ul><li>Family-oriented culture &ndash; We treat each other with respect and care.</li><li>Career growth &ndash; Opportunities to move into lead tech, service manager, or other roles.</li><li>Job stability &ndash; Year-round work and a strong local reputation.</li><li>Supportive team &ndash; We invest in your training and development.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Overtime pay opportunities</li><li>Uniforms, company truck (if applicable), and ongoing training</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>On-call rotation (some evenings/weekends)</li></ul>Apply Today Ready to grow with a team that values your work and supports your future?
