In this pivotal role, you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of vehicle pickups, ensuring our operation runs efficiently at a high volume.This is not a basic admin role &mdash; this is a high-impact position at the center of a fast-moving operation.If you are highly organized, comfortable with technology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment &mdash; we want to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:&middot; Scheduling &amp; Logistics (PRIMARY FOCUS)&middot; Coordinate and schedule all off-site vehicle pickups&middot; Manage driver routes, timing, and availability&middot; Balance multiple schedules to maximize efficiency&middot; Adjust plans in real time as things change&middot; Ensure a high percentage of scheduled pickups are completed&middot; Operations &amp; Deal Processing&middot; Build and organize deal packets for drivers&middot; Complete purchase paperwork accurately&middot; Stock vehicles into inventory systems&middot; Contact banks and credit unions to obtain payoffs&middot; Review paperwork for accuracy and potential fraud&middot; Communication (Support Role)&middot; Communicate with customers as needed to confirm logistics&middot; Keep all parties aligned and informedWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For:- Highly organized &mdash; able to manage multiple schedules, drivers, and deals at once - Comfortable with technology &mdash; able to work across multiple systems, tools, and platforms (tablets, smartphones, computers, etc) - Detail-oriented &mdash; able to catch issues before they become problems - Fast and responsive &mdash; able to adjust quickly in a dynamic environment - A strong problem solver &mdash; able to think ahead and keep things running smoothlyPreferred Experience (Ideal candidate would have some experience in the following but not required):- Previous experience dispatching, scheduling, or logistics coordination - Previous dealership admin, title clerk, or operations experience - Previous BDC or call center experience - Experience in the service industry (fast-paced, multitasking environments)Compensation &amp; Schedule- $25/hour - Full-time position (must be able to work a 40 hour week) - Stable schedule - Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding operationPlease APPLY TODAY!This position requires pre-employment onboarding and part of the process is a successful background screening and a pre-employment drug screening.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.To learn more about our company and the history of our family owned and operated business, please visit our website at www.whittenbrothers.com.Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This role requires constant changes throughout the day.
