Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a supportive and dynamic setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in infants</li><li>Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring safety at all times</li><li>Observe and document each child's developmental milestones and behaviors to inform personalized care plans</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences</li><li>Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response procedures</li><li>Collaborate with team members to plan activities that support early childhood development standards and curriculum goals</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings with classroom management skills</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers</li><li>Strong caregiving skills including diapering, feeding, nurturing, and behavior management</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies</li><li>Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is highly desirable</li><li>Ability to create engaging activities that stimulate growth while ensuring safety and comfort</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, guardians, and team members</li></ul>Join us in shaping the earliest stages of children's lives by providing compassionate care rooted in expertise.
