Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in infants
• Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring safety at all times
• Observe and document each child's developmental milestones and behaviors to inform personalized care plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response procedures
• Collaborate with team members to plan activities that support early childhood development standards and curriculum goals

Skills

• Proven experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings with classroom management skills
• Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers
• Strong caregiving skills including diapering, feeding, nurturing, and behavior management
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies
• Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is highly desirable
• Ability to create engaging activities that stimulate growth while ensuring safety and comfort
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, guardians, and team members

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
