Summary

As a Toddler or Preschool Teacher at the Early Childhood Enrichment Center, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young children. Located in a supportive environment, this position is essential for promoting skill development and fostering a love for learning among children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of the children.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate varied activities to stimulate curiosity and learning.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and personal discovery.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure cohesive educational practices across classrooms.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with families about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Support early intervention strategies for children requiring additional assistance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• CDA or degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Strong skills in implementing activities.
• Knowledge of early intervention practices is highly desirable.+

• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
