Key Responsibilities - Content Creation &amp; Ideation<ul><li>Create daily engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, carousels)</li><li>Generate new &amp; trending content ideas aligned with fashion trends</li><li>Plan shoots, direct models, and suggest poses/hooks</li><li>Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)</li></ul>Editing &amp; Posting<ul><li>Edit Reels/videos (transitions, captions, music, hooks)</li><li>Write strong captions, hashtags &amp; CTAs</li><li>Schedule and post content consistently</li><li>Maintain brand tone, aesthetics &amp; visual consistency</li></ul>Growth &amp; Visibility<ul><li>Identify trending audios, formats &amp; challenges early</li><li>Boost high-performing posts for reach &amp; engagement</li><li>Work on organic growth strategies (hashtags, collaborations, trends)</li><li>Coordinate with influencers/UGC creators when needed</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, profile visits)</li><li>Optimize content based on insights</li><li>Suggest improvements for better conversions &amp; visibility</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Jaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
