Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities - Content Creation & Ideation

• Create daily engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, carousels)
• Generate new & trending content ideas aligned with fashion trends
• Plan shoots, direct models, and suggest poses/hooks
• Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)

Editing & Posting

• Edit Reels/videos (transitions, captions, music, hooks)
• Write strong captions, hashtags & CTAs
• Schedule and post content consistently
• Maintain brand tone, aesthetics & visual consistency

Growth & Visibility

• Identify trending audios, formats & challenges early
• Boost high-performing posts for reach & engagement
• Work on organic growth strategies (hashtags, collaborations, trends)
• Coordinate with influencers/UGC creators when needed

Analytics & Optimization

• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, profile visits)
• Optimize content based on insights
• Suggest improvements for better conversions & visibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
