Part-Time Production Floater (Flexible Support Team Member)Location: Pittsfield, MACompany: Whole Life Pet ProductsReports to: Director of Operations Status: Part-Time, On-Call / As-NeededAbout Us:www.wholelifepet.comPosition Summary:We are seeking a reliable, adaptable Part-Time Production Floater to provide cross-functional support across our facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can step in where needed &mdash; whether covering vacations or supporting large production runs.This person will be trained in multiple roles and will assist in production, packaging, sanitation, and general facility operations as needed.Key Responsibilities:Depending on daily needs, responsibilities may include:<ul><li>Assisting with freeze-drying preparation and product staging</li><li>Weighing, portioning, and packaging finished goods</li><li>Labeling, sealing, and boxing retail and bulk orders</li><li>Supporting large-scale order fulfillment</li><li>Maintaining strict FDA food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas</li><li>Receiving and organizing raw materials or packaging supplies</li><li>Assisting with inventory counts</li><li>Supporting quality control checks</li><li>Cross-training across multiple departments to ensure operational flexibility</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic</li><li>Comfortable working in a food production environment</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
