Part-Time Production Floater (Flexible Support Team Member)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, adaptable Part-Time Production Floater to provide cross-functional support across our facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can step in where needed — whether covering vacations or supporting large production runs.

This person will be trained in multiple roles and will assist in production, packaging, sanitation, and general facility operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on daily needs, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with freeze-drying preparation and product staging
• Weighing, portioning, and packaging finished goods
• Labeling, sealing, and boxing retail and bulk orders
• Supporting large-scale order fulfillment
• Maintaining strict FDA food safety and sanitation standards
• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas
• Receiving and organizing raw materials or packaging supplies
• Assisting with inventory counts
• Supporting quality control checks
• Cross-training across multiple departments to ensure operational flexibility

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a food production environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
