Wholistic Pediatricians offers a supportive, patient-centered environment where clinicians can build lasting relationships with patients and their caregivers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough pediatric assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and developmental evaluations to determine patient health status.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with acute and chronic conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.</li><li>Administer vaccinations.</li><li>Manage urgent care cases.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Athena Health for accurate medical documentation, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and case management.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, family education, and follow-up care to optimize health outcomes.</li><li>Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards while delivering safe and confidential patient care.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in pediatrics (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems including Epic, or Athenahealth; familiarity with medical coding (ICD-10), CPT coding; and documentation standards.</li><li>Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to triage effectively in urgent situations.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams including behavioral health specialists, physical therapists, and case managers.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations along with infection control practices to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
