This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, business development, and finding viable new opportunities and revenue streams. Your success not only drives the potential for your role but also helps our customers directly through our business model.This is a fully remote role requiring strong self-management, communication skills, and comfort working in a web-based environment.________________________________________Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, manage, and grow a strong network of business contacts, partners, and strategic relationships</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities aligned with our business model and company vision</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with leadership to refine growth strategies</li></ul><ul><li>Lead sales and partnership conversations from initial outreach through close</li></ul><ul><li>Must have the ability to deal with high profile and high earning clients and major corporations</li></ul><ul><li>Research market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and digital communications</li></ul>________________________________________Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in business development or sales</li></ul><ul><li>Trustworthy</li></ul><ul><li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable initiating conversations and leading negotiations</li></ul><ul><li>Strategic thinker who can also execute independently</li></ul><ul><li>Moderately tech-savvy; comfortable working with web-based platforms, sales tools, and digital collaboration tools</li></ul><ul><li>Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment</li></ul><ul><li>Adaptable and curious&mdash;able to grow with a unique and evolving business model</li></ul>________________________________________Required Experience5+ Years in sales and/or business development________________________________________Preferred ExperiencePrefer candidates have worked in a startup, started their own business, or someone who has scaled or significantly increase business growth.________________________________________Compensation($120,00-$140,000 Starting Salary + Sales Bonuses.
