Job Title: Senior E-commerce CoordinatorJob Overview:We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Coordinator to handle and execute daily e-commerce operations across our website and marketplaces. This role focuses on ensuring smooth platform functioning, accurate product data, and effective campaign execution.Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations<ul><li>Manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, apps)</li><li>Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock are updated correctly</li><li>Monitor order flow and ensure smooth processing</li></ul>Product &amp; Catalog Management<ul><li>Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images)</li><li>Maintain proper categorization and product attributes</li><li>Ensure listings are optimized and error-free</li></ul>Marketing Execution<ul><li>Implement campaigns, offers, and promotions on website/app</li><li>Upload banners, landing pages, and promotional content</li><li>Ensure all campaigns go live correctly and on time</li></ul>Platform &amp; Technical Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with developers for website/app updates</li><li>Report bugs, issues, and follow up until resolved</li><li>Ensure smooth user experience across the platform</li></ul>Optimization (Execution Level)<ul><li>Maintain best practices for product pages (images, content, structure)</li><li>Ensure website is updated with latest products and offers</li><li>Support improvements in overall platform usability</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>7+ years experience in e-commerce operations</li><li>Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketplaces, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong attention to detail and execution ability</li><li>Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience managing product catalogs</li><li>Familiarity with CMS tools, Excel, or backend panels</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently</li></ul>Work Location: In person
