Senior Ecommerce Coordinator

Job Title: Senior E-commerce CoordinatorJob Overview:

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Coordinator to handle and execute daily e-commerce operations across our website and marketplaces. This role focuses on ensuring smooth platform functioning, accurate product data, and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations

• Manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, apps)
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock are updated correctly
• Monitor order flow and ensure smooth processing

Product & Catalog Management

• Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
• Maintain proper categorization and product attributes
• Ensure listings are optimized and error-free

Marketing Execution

• Implement campaigns, offers, and promotions on website/app
• Upload banners, landing pages, and promotional content
• Ensure all campaigns go live correctly and on time

Platform & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with developers for website/app updates
• Report bugs, issues, and follow up until resolved
• Ensure smooth user experience across the platform

Optimization (Execution Level)

• Maintain best practices for product pages (images, content, structure)
• Ensure website is updated with latest products and offers
• Support improvements in overall platform usability

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketplaces, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and execution ability
• Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows

Preferred:

• Experience managing product catalogs
• Familiarity with CMS tools, Excel, or backend panels
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
