 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Commercial &amp; Contract Law
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including leases, vendor agreements, partnerships, and service contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage legal aspects of business development, procurement, and strategic partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clear, business-oriented legal advice to senior management
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Real Estate &amp; Property Law
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead negotiations with landlords and property owners for new locations, renewals, and lease amendments
 </li>
 <li>
 Mitigate risks in real estate contracts and ensure compliance with local regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on construction, facility management, and expansion-related legal matters
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Employment &amp; Labor Law
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee compliance with employment laws including contracts, policies, and dispute resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and labor law obligations
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with People &amp; Culture teams to align HR policies with Turkish labor legislation
 </li>

 Corporate Governance &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across all operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the board and executive team with governance matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with external counsel and government authorities when required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Risk Management &amp; Dispute Resolution

 Anticipate potential legal risks and design mitigation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage litigation, arbitration, and negotiations with external law firms
 </li>

 Represent our partner in sensitive negotiations and dispute settlements

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Law degree from a reputable university; Master&rsquo;s degree or LL.M. is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 7&ndash;10 years of legal experience, ideally in both law firm and corporate/startup environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Commercial, Employment/Labor, and Real Estate Law
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in negotiating with landlords, contractors, and commercial partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with C-level executives
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
 </li>

<li>Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.</li>
