Global Talent Partner

<div>We are looking for a Production Manager to join our partner company!
You will be responsible for managing the entire production and order delivery process; ensuring timely execution, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong coordination between production partners, customers, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and contribute to a seamless value chain. 
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Oversee and control production processes shared with manufacturing partners, including additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal laser cutting &amp; bending.</li>
<li>Prepare and present process, efficiency, and performance reports to upper management.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact between customers and production partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the quality department to ensure that production visuals and quality reports are accurately reviewed and recorded.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical teams to provide production partners with necessary technical support.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments with the logistics department.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate data flow and tracking of orders through the ERP system.</li>
<li>Handle rework or reproduction processes in case of quality issues; escalate unresolved matters to the Partner Network department when needed.</li>
<li>Manage returns, discounts, and cancellations, and follow up on refund processes; escalate disputes when required.</li>
<li>Create and verify supplier and customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing.</li>
<li>Evaluate partner performance and update payment schedules in the system according to agreed terms.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering (or a related technical field).</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.</li>
<li>Minimum B1 level English proficiency.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Experience in project management, supplier relations, and customer coordination.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of accounting processes and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office applications.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul></div>
