We support large scale commercial and government projects by delivering reliable end to end logistics solutions.We are looking for a Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Manager who can take full ownership of our supply chain strategy and execution. You are not just managing shipments you are optimizing networks improving cost efficiency and ensuring seamless operations across procurement warehousing and distribution.You will lead a skilled operations team bridging the gap between suppliers vendors and internal stakeholders. You will have a direct influence on company wide logistics strategy vendor partnerships and cost optimization initiatives.Modern Systems We use integrated ERP and supply chain management systems to ensure real time tracking reporting and performance monitoring across all operations.Growth You will have access to leadership development programs industry certifications and regional exposure to large scale projects across Qatar.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies that improve efficiency reduce costs and support business growthOperations Management Oversee procurement inventory warehousing and distribution to ensure smooth and timely operationsVendor and Supplier Management Build strong relationships with vendors negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are consistently metProcess Optimization Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across supply chain processes using data and performance metricsTeam Leadership Lead mentor and develop logistics and procurement teams ensuring high performance and accountabilityCompliance and Risk Management Ensure all operations comply with local regulations safety standards and company policiesWhat We Are Looking ForExperience 6 plus years in logistics supply chain or operations management with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership roleIndustry Knowledge Strong understanding of procurement inventory management warehousing and distribution within the Qatar or GCC marketSystems and Tools Experience with ERP systems supply chain software and advanced reporting toolsLeadership Skills Proven ability to manage teams vendors and cross functional stakeholders in a fast paced environmentLanguage Skills English is required Arabic is an advantage for local coordinationMindset You are results driven detail oriented and able to balance strategic planning with hands on executionالراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل ساعةموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
