About the Role
Doha is a fast growing hub for logistics trade and infrastructure and at WilDo Integrated Services LLC we apply the same level of precision and efficiency to supply chain operations. We support large scale commercial and government projects by delivering reliable end to end logistics solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Manager who can take full ownership of our supply chain strategy and execution. You are not just managing shipments you are optimizing networks improving cost efficiency and ensuring seamless operations across procurement warehousing and distribution.

You will lead a skilled operations team bridging the gap between suppliers vendors and internal stakeholders. You will act as the decision maker in a fast paced environment ensuring that materials services and resources are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy
Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies that improve efficiency reduce costs and support business growth

Operations Management
Oversee procurement inventory warehousing and distribution to ensure smooth and timely operations

Vendor and Supplier Management
Build strong relationships with vendors negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are consistently met

Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across supply chain processes using data and performance metrics

Team Leadership
Lead mentor and develop logistics and procurement teams ensuring high performance and accountability

Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all operations comply with local regulations safety standards and company policies

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6 plus years in logistics supply chain or operations management with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role

Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of procurement inventory management warehousing and distribution within the Qatar or GCC market

Systems and Tools
Experience with ERP systems supply chain software and advanced reporting tools

Leadership Skills
Proven ability to manage teams vendors and cross functional stakeholders in a fast paced environment

Language Skills
English is required Arabic is an advantage for local coordination

Mindset
You are results driven detail oriented and able to balance strategic planning with hands on execution
