Wilcon is currently looking for a full-time Sales Engineer to join their team in Ontario, CA 91761Job Summary :The Sales Engineer will focus on finding, developing and managing new customer relationships for range of refractory products and temperature sensing products.Job Duties:<ul><li>Able to work in collaborative environment with engineering, operations, &amp; marketing</li><li>Communicate effectively on scope with clients</li><li>Self-starter, driven, good communicator, able to find gap and bridge that gap with cross functional team</li><li>Participation in quality assurance, inside sales</li><li>Able to learn quickly (about products and services) and assist in driving sales and bridging gaps.</li><li>Assist in CRM system implementation</li><li>Ability to visit customers in So Cal area</li><li>Visiting customers on weekly basis &gt; 70% of time</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Complete vocational training or comparable training with 2 years or more of professional experience,</li><li>Good knowledge of common office software programs</li><li>Proven prior sales experience in field.</li><li>Ability to work in a team and to have flexibility managing task priorities.</li><li>Reliable and a focus on quality of work</li></ul>Future Growth Opportunities:<ul><li>Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors</li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies</li><li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
