Wilcon is currently looking for a full-time Sales Engineer to join their team in Ontario, CA 91761

Job Summary :

The Sales Engineer will focus on finding, developing and managing new customer relationships for range of refractory products and temperature sensing products.

Job Duties:

  • Able to work in collaborative environment with engineering, operations, & marketing
  • Communicate effectively on scope with clients
  • Self-starter, driven, good communicator, able to find gap and bridge that gap with cross functional team
  • Participation in quality assurance, inside sales
  • Able to learn quickly (about products and services) and assist in driving sales and bridging gaps.
  • Assist in CRM system implementation
  • Ability to visit customers in So Cal area
  • Visiting customers on weekly basis > 70% of time

Education and Experience:

  • Complete vocational training or comparable training with 2 years or more of professional experience,
  • Good knowledge of common office software programs
  • Proven prior sales experience in field.
  • Ability to work in a team and to have flexibility managing task priorities.
  • Reliable and a focus on quality of work

Future Growth Opportunities:

  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
