This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children&rsquo;s lives every day!&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.</li><li>Provide attentive care to children&rsquo;s physical needs, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene routines.</li><li>Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.</li><li>Monitor children&rsquo;s behavior using effective behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions and emotional growth.</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates and address individual needs or concerns related to childcare or special education requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of children&rsquo;s activities, developmental milestones, attendance, and health information.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans.</li><li>Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing inclusive care tailored to individual abilities.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood education, classroom management, infant care, toddler care, and early childhood education best practices.</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience working with children across various age groups in daycare or preschool settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques.</li><li>Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a positive learning environment through classroom management skills.</li><li>Experience with behavior management strategies to support emotional regulation and social skills development.</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.</li><li>Background in special education or working with children with disabilities enhances your ability to provide inclusive care.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, guardians, colleagues, and specialists.</li><li>Compassionate caregiving approach combined with patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for nurturing young minds.
