Wild Pastures Burger Company opened in Boulder five years ago with a mission to be the healthiest fast casual burger chain in the world. Our loyal customer base stretches to all four corners of Colorado.We are currently seeking part-time and full-time hourly team members for our new Timnath location. Training will begin in-store the week of April 27th, while the restaurant is not yet open. As a team member, you&rsquo;ll be cross trained across multiple roles and play an important part in opening the store.Cashiers:&middot; Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service&middot; Operate Toast POS for orders and payments&middot; Handle cash and transactions accuratelyGrill &amp; Fry cooks:&middot; Prepare and cook burgers and fried menu items to company standards&middot; Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation&middot; Execute grill and fry station duties efficiently during high-volume serviceExpeditors &amp; Servers:&middot; Ensure all orders are accurate and presented with pride&middot; Pour and serve alcohol (18+)&middot; Carry orders to guests tables&middot; Ensure lobby stays clean, with tables wiped down and trashes emptyKitchen Prep (BOH):&middot; Prep sauces, produce, meat, and other recipes for daily service&middot; wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen&middot; Assist with FOH &amp; service as neededAll Positions are expected to:&middot; Uphold Wild Pastures&rsquo; commitment to quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction&middot; Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow&middot; Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences&middot; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, in compliance with food safety standardsRequirements:&middot; Must be at least 16 years of age&middot; No experience required&mdash;we&rsquo;re happy to train!&middot; Experience in customer service or casual restaurants is a plus&middot; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment&middot; Strong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Demands:This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending, reaching, and working safely around hot grills and fryers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
