Restaurant Team Member -Cashier, Cook, Prep (New Timnath Location)

Wild Pastures Burger Company opened in Boulder five years ago with a mission to be the healthiest fast casual burger chain in the world. We strive to use the highest quality ingredients- from grass fed beef to organic produce- in every single item we serve. Our loyal customer base stretches to all four corners of Colorado.

We are currently seeking part-time and full-time hourly team members for our new Timnath location. Training will begin in-store the week of April 27th, while the restaurant is not yet open. As a team member, you’ll be cross trained across multiple roles and play an important part in opening the store.

Cashiers:

· Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service

· Operate Toast POS for orders and payments

· Handle cash and transactions accurately

Grill & Fry cooks:

· Prepare and cook burgers and fried menu items to company standards

· Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation

· Execute grill and fry station duties efficiently during high-volume service

Expeditors & Servers:

· Ensure all orders are accurate and presented with pride

· Pour and serve alcohol (18+)

· Carry orders to guests tables

· Ensure lobby stays clean, with tables wiped down and trashes empty

Kitchen Prep (BOH):

· Prep sauces, produce, meat, and other recipes for daily service

· wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen

· Assist with FOH & service as needed

All Positions are expected to:

· Uphold Wild Pastures’ commitment to quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction

· Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow

· Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, in compliance with food safety standards

Requirements:

· Must be at least 16 years of age

· No experience required—we’re happy to train!

· Experience in customer service or casual restaurants is a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending, reaching, and working safely around hot grills and fryers in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
