That means:<ul><li>You have your own reliable transportation</li><li>You're a true animal lover with experience around both dogs and cats</li><li>You&rsquo;re comfortable multiple walking dogs (big and small)</li><li>You are incredibly detail-oriented and can follow client instructions to a T</li><li>You&rsquo;re punctual, professional, and self-motivated</li><li>You thrive working independently but still love being part of a team</li><li>You want to stick around &mdash; we&rsquo;re investing in team members who want to grow with us</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:The job is mixed between two &quot;types&quot; of shifts:<ul><li>Overnights: Stay at a client&rsquo;s home from 8 PM to 8 AM. You&rsquo;ll sleep on-site, care for pets, and provide companionship during the quieter hours. Flat rate of $65/night. (Roughly 4 active hours, 8 sleeping.)</li><li>Night Shift Visits: When overnights aren&rsquo;t available, you&rsquo;ll do evening pet visits between 3 PM&ndash;11 PM, averaging 5&ndash;15 hours/week at $17/hr + tips.</li></ul>We typically schedule up to 10 overnights/month, and we&rsquo;ll keep your schedule full with night visits when there are gaps.** This is not a gig app like Rover or Wag.** You&rsquo;ll be a W2 employee with set clients, support, and a steady schedule.
