Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring people who are serious about animal care and committed to doing the job well and with heart. That means:

• You're a true animal lover with experience around both dogs and cats
• You’re comfortable multiple walking dogs (big and small)
• You are incredibly detail-oriented and can follow client instructions to a T

What You’ll Be Doing:

The job is mixed between two "types" of shifts:

• Overnights: Stay at a client’s home from 8 PM to 8 AM. You’ll sleep on-site, care for pets, and provide companionship during the quieter hours. Flat rate of $65/night. (Roughly 4 active hours, 8 sleeping.)
• Night Shift Visits: When overnights aren’t available, you’ll do evening pet visits between 3 PM–11 PM, averaging 5–15 hours/week at $17/hr + tips.

We typically schedule up to 10 overnights/month, and we’ll keep your schedule full with night visits when there are gaps.

** This is not a gig app like Rover or Wag.** You’ll be a W2 employee with set clients, support, and a steady schedule. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what matters: the animals.
