Whether assisting with product information or managing the cash register, your contributions will be vital to our store&rsquo;s success.Duties<ul><li>Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed</li><li>Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with the menu</li><li>Maintain restaurant's standards by stocking inventory, organizing, and keeping lobby clean</li><li>Use strong communication skills to engage bilingual customers effectively and ensure their needs are met</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service and/or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset are essential</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately</li><li>Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities</li><li>Ability to perform retail math calculations confidently for cash handling and sales totals</li><li>Not required, bilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively</li></ul>Pay: From $9.00 per hourExpected hours: 20.0 &ndash; 35.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
