Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This vital role provides comprehensive support to 2-3 project managers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude. Ideal for someone looking to reenter job market with a flexible schedule and the ability to work primarily from home.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently to optimize Project Manager and Executives&rsquo; time.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems digitally, including data entry and record keeping using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries to support financial management.</li><li>Support personal assistant tasks including travel arrangements, calendar management, and task prioritization.</li><li>Provide support via phone and email, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and technical setup.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and familiarity with data entry software like QuickBooks is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.</li><li>Experience in office management tasks such as filing systems, inventory management, or bookkeeping is preferred.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li><li>Personal assistant experience or background supporting senior executives is advantageous.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Auburn, AL
