We specialize in Commercial Electrical work and need a hands-on leader to drive our projects.Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, power and other electrical systems.</li><li>Lead and mentor a crew of 2-8 electricians.</li><li>Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Interpret blueprints and ensure code compliance (NEC).</li><li>Perform effective troubleshooting on all electrical systems.</li><li>Maintain high safety standards and project schedules.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as an electrician.</li><li>Experience in commercial electrical systems.</li><li>Demonstrable ability to use electrical hand tools.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of safety procedures.</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.</li><li>The ability to work effectively with other team members.</li><li>The ability to work as a lead person and communicate with clientele.</li><li>Good driving record</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hourWork Location: In person
