Foreman Electrician

Wilhelm Electric Co Inc is looking for a seasoned Foreman Electrician to join our growing team. We specialize in Commercial Electrical work and need a hands-on leader to drive our projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, power and other electrical systems.
• Lead and mentor a crew of 2-8 electricians.
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure code compliance (NEC).
• Perform effective troubleshooting on all electrical systems.
• Maintain high safety standards and project schedules.

Skills

• Proven experience as an electrician.
• Experience in commercial electrical systems.
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical hand tools.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• The ability to work effectively with other team members.
• The ability to work as a lead person and communicate with clientele.
• Good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
