Serving as the strategic right-hand to the business owner, the OBM bridges the gap between the CEO&rsquo;s vision and the team's execution. Responsibilities</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
1. Project &amp; Launch Management</b></h3><ul>
<li>Map out project plans, milestones, and deadlines for company initiatives (e.g., product launches, marketing campaigns, course rollouts).</li>
<li>Monitor progress across the entire team to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.</li>
<li>Identify bottlenecks in project pipelines and pivot strategies or resources to keep timelines on track.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>2. Operations &amp; Systems Optimization</b></h3><ul>
<li>Audit, establish, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize the company's tech stack (e.g., project management tools like ClickUp/Asana, CRMs, email marketing platforms, and communication channels like Slack).</li>
<li>Automate repetitive business workflows to save time and reduce manual errors.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>3. Team Management &amp; Leadership</b></h3><ul>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for the team, field questions, and filter distractions away from the CEO.</li>
<li>Delegate daily tasks to virtual assistants, graphic designers, copywriters, and developers, ensuring they have the assets they need to succeed.</li>
<li>Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of freelancers, contractors, and internal staff.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>4. Metrics &amp; Financial Tracking</b></h3><ul>
<li>Track and report on key business metrics (KPIs) such as launch conversions, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and client retention rates.</li>

Requirements &amp; Qualifications</b></h2><ul>
<li>1&ndash;1.5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or worked as a high-level Virtual Assistant/Operations Assistant would be a plus.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the online business landscape (e.g., digital marketing agencies, coaching programs, e-commerce, or SaaS models).</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Technical Proficiency</b></h3><ul>
<li><b>Project Management Tools:</b> Advanced expertise in platforms like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday.com.
</li><li><b>Digital Ecosystems:</b> Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zapier, Google Workspace, Kartra/Kajabi, and standard email marketing platforms (e.g., ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign).
