Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong accounting and project support experience to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and project coordination in a fast-paced, project-based environment. The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining organization, and helping establish effective processes as the company continues to grow.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)</li><li>Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records</li><li>Perform expense tracking and financial reconciliations</li><li>Prepare and submit state sales tax filings</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client communication</li><li>Maintain office operations, organization, and supplies</li><li>Coordinate communication between field staff, leadership, and clients</li><li>Support project tracking, job costing, invoicing, and documentation</li><li>Maintain project files, contracts, and change orders</li><li>Develop and improve internal processes and workflows</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative operations</li><li>Experience with AP/AR, payroll processing, and reconciliations</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in construction, contracting, or project-based environments</li><li>Experience with job costing and project billing</li><li>Knowledge of state sales tax processes</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree (2-year) or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred (not required)</li></ul>Why Join WillTechAt WillTech, we are driven by a shared passion for using technology to create seamless, meaningful experiences for our clients.
