We are seeking a Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join our busy criminal defense law office. This position supports one of our three attorneys and plays a key role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner;</li><li>Answer and direct a (sometimes) high volume of phone calls with patience and professionalism;</li><li>Maintain and organize client files;</li><li>Prepare and send correspondence and legal documents to courts, prosecutors, and clients;</li><li>Distribute incoming and outgoing mail; and</li><li>Provide general administrative support to assigned attorney.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior office experience required;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel);</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills;</li><li>Patient and calm demeanor when handling client interactions and phone calls; and</li><li>Familiarity with court procedures is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Schedule: Full-time, in-office located in Nashua, New Hampshire &ndash; Wilson, Bush &amp; Keefe, P.C.If you are a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!To apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience to: applyreceptionist603@gmail.com.**Please, no calls or direct inquiries at the office **.Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
