If you thrive in fast-paced settings, love working with your hands, and are eager to make a tangible impact, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Must have 3 to 4 Guys</li><li>M</li><li>Travel overnight to different job sites across designated regions, ensuring timely arrival and project commencement</li><li>Perform remodeling tasks including demolition, carpentry, painting, flooring installation, and finishing work with high attention to detail</li><li>Follow project instructions accurately to meet quality standards and client expectations</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently during all phases of remodeling</li><li>Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, troubleshoot issues on-site, and maintain a steady workflow</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed at all times</li><li>Complete daily reports documenting work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during shiftsQualifications</li><li>Prior experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction work is highly preferred</li><li>Ability to travel overnight for extended periods; valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>Strong physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for long hours, and perform physically demanding tasks</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures and proper tool handling techniques</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork</li><li>Basic understanding of blueprints or project plans is a plus</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed</li></ul>Embark on an energetic journey where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
