Responsibilities

• Travel overnight to different job sites across designated regions, ensuring timely arrival and project commencement
• Perform remodeling tasks including demolition, carpentry, painting, flooring installation, and finishing work with high attention to detail
• Follow project instructions accurately to meet quality standards and client expectations
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently during all phases of remodeling
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, troubleshoot issues on-site, and maintain a steady workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed at all times
• Complete daily reports documenting work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during shiftsQualifications
• Prior experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction work is highly preferred
• Ability to travel overnight for extended periods; valid driver’s license required
• Strong physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for long hours, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper tool handling techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Basic understanding of blueprints or project plans is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
