Remodel Associate

Job Summary
As we do many different types of projects we are looking for someone that is skilled in one or many different trades. We do residential and commercial remodeling and repairs.

Duties

• Assist in completing jobs within a set timeline
• Talk to customers and be willing to outline the job
• Travel to and from our yard and to job sites

Skills

• Supervising experience in retail or remodeling environments
• Strong understanding of schematics, planograms, and interior design principles
• Experience with remodeling processes, interior design concepts, and branding implementation
• Excellent communication skills for training, development, and team collaboration
• Leadership qualities to supervise staff and coordinate projects effectively
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse teams and customers
• Ability to prioritize tasks using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
