<div><div><div><i>Customer Service &amp; Administration</i></div><ul><li>
Read &amp; respond to emails to confirm receipt and provide information on services with professionalism and accuracy</li><li>
Educate customers about printing options and guide them through the scheduling process</li><li>
Communicate timelines, job statuses, and scheduling updates to external and internal customers</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>
Production Support</i></div><ul><li>
Update production calendar to include scheduling jobs and updating statuses</li><li>
Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient printing, binding, and delivery processes</li><li>
Learn and execute print set up for legal briefs</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities required</li><li>
Initiative and ability to follow instructions to work with minimal oversight once trained</li><li>
Desire for continuous learning</li><li>
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency</li><li>
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills</li><li>
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred)</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Suite a plus</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette</li><li>
Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>

Monitor and comply with company quality control standards</li><li>

Compensation - this is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime. We offer generous benefits to include 7 holiday and 2 floating holidays, paid sick time ,paid vacation time, employee medical, dental and vision insurance with premiums paid 100% by the company and a generous retirement plan!</div>
