Business Analyst / Management Development

This is early career cross-functional role designed to develop future leaders of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position gains hands-on experience across all areas of the business including operations, production, and business functions with a clear path to long-term management growth.

About Wilson-Epes Printing Co., Inc

For over 80 years, Wilson-Epes has been a fixture of the highly specialized U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Appellate Court legal community. This company has been an integral part of the nation’s legal history, printing briefs for many landmark cases. Since 2005, we have been located on H ST NE serving local residents, businesses and organizations with all of their printing needs from the quick print of a return label to presentations, business cards and signs and banners.

Description

Minimum Qualifications and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others and demonstrate emerging leadership skills
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support management across functional areas
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

General Duties and Responsibilities
  • Learn and support typesetting and formatting of legal briefs and documents
  • Assist in production and maintain process and procedural documentation
  • Monitor and manage quality control procedures
  • Support operational business functions, including projects for the CEO
  • Manage processes for printing federal courts of appeals materials
  • Develop client relationships and maintain client database
  • Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
