Manager &ndash; Business DevelopmentResponsibilities&middot; Coordinate end-to-end activities for new pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, and medical device products.&middot; Prepare and maintain NPD trackers, timelines, project dashboards, and execution schedules.&middot; Ensure project milestones are achieved according to approved timelines.&middot; Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive timely resolution across departments.<ul><li>Conduct research on new products, molecules, global trends, and therapeutic opportunities.</li><li>Analyze competitor brands, formulations, pack sizes, strengths, pricing, and market gaps.</li><li>Prepare structured market insights and product assessment reports for decision-making.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Pharm-D is a prerequisite</li><li>Pharm-D with MBA is preferred</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>7-10 years&rsquo; experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Business Development.</li><li>Strong understanding of NPD, market research, pricing, and cross-functional workflows.</li></ul>Required Skills&middot; Excellent communication and documentation skills.&middot; Knowledge of pharma/nutra formulations, strengths, and market dynamics.&middot; Proficiency in Excel (CPAs, forecasting), PowerPoint, and data analysis.&middot; Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.&middot; Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.Interested candidates may share their resumes at hr@wilsons.pkJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
