Manager – Business Development

Responsibilities

· Coordinate end-to-end activities for new pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, and medical device products.

· Prepare and maintain NPD trackers, timelines, project dashboards, and execution schedules.

· Ensure project milestones are achieved according to approved timelines.

· Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive timely resolution across departments.

  • Conduct research on new products, molecules, global trends, and therapeutic opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor brands, formulations, pack sizes, strengths, pricing, and market gaps.
  • Prepare structured market insights and product assessment reports for decision-making.

Education

  • Pharm-D is a prerequisite
  • Pharm-D with MBA is preferred

Experience

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of NPD, market research, pricing, and cross-functional workflows.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Knowledge of pharma/nutra formulations, strengths, and market dynamics.

· Proficiency in Excel (CPAs, forecasting), PowerPoint, and data analysis.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

· Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
