Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, specifically within the same industry. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's structure for growth and work closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and client relationships.
• Visit potential clients, build relationships, and promote our services to secure new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand our client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent our company in client meetings, presentations, showcasing our expertise and solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Market Research & Planning
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new leads
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the construction/services industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
