Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bidder / Business Development Executive to generate quality leads and secure projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. The ideal candidate should have strong proposal-writing skills, client communication expertise, and a solid understanding of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms
  • Write customized, high-converting proposals
  • Communicate with international clients and understand project requirements
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope
  • Coordinate with technical teams (developers, designers, marketers)
  • Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Bidder or Business Development Executive
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork & Fiverr
  • Strong proposal writing and communication skills
  • Understanding of IT services (Web, App, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze job posts and client needs
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or lead trackers
