Business Development & Sales Operations Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy professional who combines sales expertise with project management skills to act as a primary growth engine. This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic lead generation while simultaneously handling operational onboarding and providing support on planning and legal matters as needed by the respective departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capture new revenue streams
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including professional bidding, arranging site visits, and contract signing .
  • Handle operational tasks, including client onboarding, assisting on legal cases, and customer care.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business Administration, Sales, or Marketing with strong Real Estate knowledge.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or real estate operations.
  • Exceptional persuasion skills and familiarity with the UK property sector are highly preferred .
