Business Development Executive – Lead Generation

Note: This is an onsite opportunity in i-10 Islamabad and the timings are 5pm-2pm

Base compensation 100k to 150k + 2% commission

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can actively generate qualified leads and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline for our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through online platforms, cold emailing, LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other channels
  • Research target markets and potential clients to build a strong prospect list
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, calls, and social platforms
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with the sales/technical team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet monthly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts
  • Track lead generation performance and prepare regular reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Experience using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong research and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, software development, or digital services
  • Knowledge of international markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East)
  • Experience in proposal writing and bid management
  • Background in inside sales or outbound sales

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
